XICHENG is a company specializing in the production and R&D of environmental protection machinery and equipment. With 16 years of experience in production and R&D in China, and 40 production plants and bases, XICHENG has established two branch factories in Vietnam to expand its overseas market. In fact, XICHENG maintains long-term cooperative relationships with major universities, research institutions, and large state-owned enterprises. The R&D team utilizes modern design theories and advanced design technologies to continuously create innovative, reliable, and customized products for the field of automatic control.
Our main products include: permanent magnet motors, frequency converters, ventilation duct control systems, PP ducts, permanent magnet fans, permanent magnet water pumps, and ventilation dampers.

Our History
XICHENG EP LTD's first company was established in Jiangsu Province, China, mainly producing wet scrubbing towers, ventilation ducts, PP water tanks, etc.
The company decided to develop its own molds and has reached research and development cooperation agreements with several universities.
Each production base employs automated production lines and is equipped with advanced equipment such as laser engraving machines, automatic welding and bonding machines, and injection molding machines. It has achieved a good reputation and sales volume in the permanent magnet fan industry.
To expand into the Vietnamese market and better serve local businesses, a branch office in Vietnam, XICHENG, was established.
Xicheng Environmental Protection Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was officially established in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province in September 2009. This is the group’s founding company and headquarters, marking Xicheng Environmental’s formal entry into the environmental protection equipment industry. Initially, the company positioned itself as a manufacturer of waste gas treatment equipment, primarily producing waste gas scrubbing towers, activated carbon towers, and ventilation ducts.
Improvement of Independent R&D Capabilities (From 2010)
1. Initial Stage (2010-2015)
2010: The company decided to independently develop molds, a crucial step in mastering core technologies.
Established industry-university-research cooperation with universities such as Xi’an Jiaotong University, Shanghai Tongji University, and China University of Mining and Technology to jointly develop energy-saving, intelligent, and environmentally friendly equipment.
Founder and General Manager Meng Daxue, along with fluid machinery expert Professor Li Jingyin, conducted over ten years of technical research, focusing on the development of corrosion-resistant fans and water pumps.
2. Technological Breakthrough (2016-2020)
Developed the RHV series Venturi variable air volume regulating valve with independent intellectual property rights, solving the airflow control problem in air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Developed core products such as permanent magnet fans, automatic constant flow valves, and corrosion-resistant water pumps, improving equipment energy efficiency by more than 30%.
Formed a laboratory intelligent ventilation control system technology system centered on “safety, energy saving, and intelligence,” obtaining 50+ technical patents.
3. Technological Advantages
Successfully developed PP… Permanent magnet variable frequency centrifugal fans, fiberglass permanent magnet fans, and other permanent magnet series products have become the company’s signature technologies.
Establishing a complete industrial chain technology system for waste gas treatment equipment, from material research and development to system integration, achieving the capability of “one-stop waste gas treatment solutions.”
Construction of Production Bases (since 2017)
1. Northern Production Base (Chuzhou)
In June 2017, Chuzhou Xicheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established as the northern production base.
The base covers an area of ​​113.71 acres and has 8 factory buildings (with 2 more under construction), with a total building area of ​​approximately 20,000 square meters.
It has an annual output of 5,000 sets of environmental protection equipment and is the group’s largest production base, mainly producing large-scale equipment such as PP ducts and waste gas towers.
2. Southern Production Base (Guangdong)
In July 2021, Guangdong Xicheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established as the southern production base.
Equipped with modern production lines, it mainly serves the South China and overseas markets.
3. Other Production Bases
Changzhou Xicheng Gongchuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (2019) Established in [Year]): Annual production capacity of 20 million injection molded parts
Xinjiang Xicheng Plastic Products Co., Ltd.: Northwest regional production base, with products covering more than 30 branches nationwide.
Each production base adopts automated production lines, equipped with advanced equipment such as laser engraving machines, automatic welding and bonding machines, and injection molding machines.
Establishment of Overseas Companies (2023)
On September 23, 2023, Xicheng Environmental Protection’s Vietnam factory officially commenced production in Bac Giang Province, Vietnam. This is the company’s first overseas production base and a significant milestone in its entry into the international market.
The Vietnam factory primarily manufactures ventilation systems and waste gas treatment equipment, serving the Southeast Asian market and meeting the region’s growing environmental protection needs.
This marks Xicheng Environmental’s transformation from a single domestic enterprise to a multinational environmental equipment group.
The company is actively planning to enter other Southeast Asian markets such as Thailand, advancing its “Belt and Road” international layout.

Xicheng Environmental adopts a “North-South Coordination, Nationwide Coverage” strategy, establishing branches in major regions across China:
2014: Cangzhou Branch Established (North China)

2017: Branches Established in Wuhan, Sichuan, Foshan, Zhengzhou, Yixing, etc. (Central China, Southwest China, East China)
2018-2023: More than 30 branches established in 31 provinces and municipalities including Changsha, Shijiazhuang, Xiamen, Chongqing, Wenzhou, and Jinan, forming a three-tiered operation network of “Headquarters + Regional Centers + Production Bases,” achieving 24-hour nationwide service response.
