- Drive Control Unit: The “brain + nerve center,” comprising power semiconductors (IGBT/MOSFET), rectifier/inverter circuits, microcontroller (MCU), current/position sensors (encoder), and vector control algorithm modules. It is responsible for converting AC/DC power into electrical energy adapted to the motor, while simultaneously adjusting speed, torque, and position in real time for precise control.
